Why Auto Upgrade exists
Sound familiar? Your phone sits in the cup holder, the charging cable dangles across the cockpit, and the sat nav still doesn't know the new bypass. Buy a new car just because the radio is outdated? That makes sense neither financially nor environmentally.
Auto Upgrade is a young company from German-speaking Switzerland with a simple idea: we bring Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, navigation and DAB+ to cars that still have many good years ahead — as conveniently as possible. You don't have to drive to a garage or take a day off: we collect your car and bring it back upgraded.
We rely on vehicle-specific parts, neat work and clear prices. And if there's a cheaper solution for your car, we'll tell you.
What matters to us
Neat work
Vehicle-specific parts, plug & play, no cut wires. Your car can be returned to its original state at any time.
Personally available
You have a direct contact — before, during and after the installation. By phone, WhatsApp or e-mail.
Drive longer, don't buy new
An upgrade extends your car's life. That saves resources — and money.
Reliable
2-year warranty on device and installation. If something doesn't work, we take care of it.
English & German
We advise you in English or German — ideal if you've moved to Switzerland and prefer English.
Where we work
Our base is in Zurich. Pickup and delivery are free in Zurich and Zug. Elsewhere within 60 km of Zurich — from Winterthur to Lucerne, from Schaffhausen to Aarau — a fair flat fee from CHF 49 applies.
Installation takes place in the workshop: with the right tools, good light and regardless of the weather. That's how the result turns out as neat as it should.
Let's get to know each other
