This privacy policy explains which personal data we process in connection with this website and our services, for what purpose, and what rights you have. We comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

3. Visiting this website
This website is operated on our own server in Switzerland. When you visit it, technical data sent by your browser is processed automatically (server log files): IP address, date and time of access, page visited, referring page, and browser and operating system. This data is needed to provide the website securely and reliably. It is not combined with other data and is deleted after a short time.
To protect against attacks and to ensure fast loading times, requests are routed through the network of Cloudflare, Inc., San Francisco, USA. This involves processing your IP address and technical connection data in particular.
We do not use tracking cookies or any analytics or advertising services. The website only stores locally in your browser whether you have closed the language hint. This information never leaves your device.
4. Quote requests and contact
When you contact us via the quote form, e-mail, phone or WhatsApp, we process the information you provide — for example your name, phone number, e-mail address, pickup location, details of your car and your message. We use this data to check your request, prepare a quote and get in touch with you. Form submissions are stored on our own server and forwarded to us by e-mail (e-mail provider: Hostpoint AG, Rapperswil-Jona, Schweiz).
5. WhatsApp
If you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are transmitted via the service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited or Meta Platforms, Inc. Data may also be transferred to the USA; WhatsApp's privacy terms apply. Using WhatsApp is voluntary — you can always reach us via the form, e-mail or phone instead.
6. Processing orders
If you place an order with us, we also process the data needed for pickup, installation, return and invoicing, for example the pickup address, vehicle data and payment information. We retain business records for ten years in accordance with our legal obligations.
7. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell personal data or pass it on for advertising purposes. We use carefully selected service providers who process data on our behalf, in particular:
- E-mail: Hostpoint AG, Rapperswil-Jona, Schweiz
- Network and security service (CDN): Cloudflare, Inc., San Francisco, USA
- Suppliers of vehicle parts — only the vehicle data needed for the order
8. Transfers abroad
Some service providers may process data outside Switzerland, in particular in the EU or the USA. We only disclose personal data to countries with adequate data protection or ensure appropriate safeguards, for example the recipient's certification under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
9. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by law. Requests that do not lead to an order are generally deleted after twelve months at the latest.
10. Data security
This website is transmitted encrypted via HTTPS. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access.
11. Your rights
You may at any time request information about the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to its processing and request a copy of your data. Simply write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
12. Changes
We may amend this privacy policy at any time. The version published on this website applies. In the event of any discrepancy, the German version prevails.
