The process in detail
From the first contact to the handover, you always know what happens next.
Request — in two minutes
Fill in the quote form or send us a WhatsApp message. We need the make, model and year of your car, ideally a photo of the dashboard and — if you know it — details of the sound system.
Check & fixed-price quote
We check which solution suits your car and send you a written fixed-price quote within 24 hours (on working days). Free and without obligation.
Book a date
If you're happy with the quote, we order the vehicle-specific parts and agree on the date and pickup location — usually within one to two weeks.
Pickup
We collect your car on time — at home, at work or wherever suits you. You hand over the key and carry on with your day as usual.
Installation & testing
In the workshop we fit the display, fascia, adapters and antennas and test everything: CarPlay, Android Auto, steering-wheel buttons, microphone, radio reception and camera. Usually 2 to 4 hours.
Return & introduction
We bring your car back, pair your phone and show you every feature in about 15 minutes. You get your original radio back — and only pay now.
How our pickup and delivery service works
You tell us where and when — we come to you. That can be at home, at work or in a car park of your choice. You hand over the key, we drive your car to the workshop and bring it back upgraded.

During transfer and installation, your car is insured through our business liability insurance. And of course we treat your car as carefully as our own.
What to prepare
Just a few small things — so everything runs smoothly on the day:
- Remove valuables and personal items from the car
- If available: have the radio code of the original radio ready (often in the service book or on a radio card)
- Update your phone to the latest software version
- Hand over one key only — keep the spare
- Leased car: quickly check your leasing contract
- Mention special wishes (e.g. camera position) in your request
- Vehicles over 3.5 t or extra high: arrange the handover with us beforehand
- And then: sit back — we'll do the rest
What we guarantee with every installation
Neat installation
No cable mess, no scratches: we work with plastic trim tools and protect the interior and seats.
Full function test
Before returning your car we check every function — from the microphone and radio reception to the camera.
Original radio returned
You get your old radio back. If needed, we can refit it later, for example before you sell the car.
2-year warranty
On the device and installation. If anything doesn't work, we're there for you quickly and without fuss.

Questions about the process
Do I need to be there during the installation?
No. You hand us the key at pickup — that's it. When we return the car we take about 15 minutes to pair your phone and show you everything.
How long will I be without my car?
Usually just a few hours: installation normally takes 2 to 4 hours and you'll typically get your car back the same day. Complex systems can take a day — we'll tell you in advance.
What if something unexpected comes up during installation?
Then we contact you before continuing. There are never extra costs without your consent.
Can I bring my car to you myself?
Yes, of course. Just mention it in your request or when booking — we'll agree on a place and time for the handover.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
Usually within one to two weeks. We only order the vehicle-specific parts once you accept the quote, so their delivery time sets the earliest date. Premium customers get priority scheduling.
