Every car is a little different. That's why we quote "from" prices and check your car before giving you a binding price. These factors can affect it:
All of this is stated in your written quote. We only order the vehicle-specific parts once you accept. If anything unexpected comes up during installation, we contact you first — there are never extra costs without your consent.
You pay when we return your car — conveniently via TWINT (the Swiss payment app), bank transfer or cash. For special orders a deposit may apply; this is also stated transparently in the quote. All prices are final prices in Swiss francs.
No. The quote states a fixed price including the device, parts, installation, set-up, introduction and pickup and return. Extra costs only arise if you order something additional yourself — and never without your consent.
Because the effort depends on the car: a car with a sound-system amplifier or a fibre-optic bus, for example, needs an additional adapter. We check your car first and then give you a binding price.
We charge a fair flat fee from CHF 49, depending on the distance. It's shown in your quote. Of course, you can also bring the car to us yourself.
Only when we return your car and everything works — via TWINT, bank transfer or cash. For special orders a deposit may apply, which would be stated in the quote.
Then we tell you honestly — the check is free. There is often an alternative, such as an interface instead of a new display, or DAB+ for the existing radio.
